COVID-19 Update

March 30, 2020

The Stream-Flo Group of Companies is committed to protecting the health and safety of our employees, customers, visitors and the public that may be affected by our business activities.

Our Health, Safety and Environment team has been proactively dealing with the COVID-19 Virus (Coronavirus) pandemic, and our commitment to maintaining safe operations remains unwavering.

We developed a COVID-19 Management Response Team that meets daily and has implemented various protocols to address employee risks, medical, business, and travel, which have allowed us to manage and minimize the risks for all our employees, customers, suppliers and communities. We continue to educate our staff through information sessions with up to date information and alerts as they come available. As of now, we are not aware of any infections among our employees and our manufacturing plants and service branch locations are in full operation.

Currently, we see no obstacles with continuing to supply our customer with the highest quality products. Our Supply Chain teams are engaged and continue to identify, monitor and reach out within our Supply Chain to identify and mitigate risks. Alternate sources of supply or alternative courses of action are being considered as a contingency, without affecting the quality and integrity of our products. We remain in close contact with our regional sourcing teams on a global basis while the situation continues to evolve.

We remain vigilant in our mandate and protocols including the restricted movement of our own personnel, visitors, and third-party contractors to absolutely minimize the risk to our own organization as well as our business partners. Material continues to move in all our Supply Chain regions, regardless of any restrictions imposed on movement of personnel in the same regions.

We are collaborating with our freight forwarders and carriers to mitigate further impact to the business, including alternate shipping modes, routes, and ports of entry to avoid delays due to volume congestion or government-imposed restrictions.

The situation remains extremely fluid. The effects are inherently unpredictable where we do not have control over government mandates or government-imposed restrictions that may become applicable in many regions around the world. Our protocols will continue to evolve as new relevant risk and control mechanisms are developed.

The seriousness of the virus remains a top concern for us, and we continue to monitor this global issue daily. Our thoughts are with those that are affected and their families as we fight to control the spread of the COVID-19 Virus.

We recommend following trusted and reliable resources such as the World Health Organization, Center for Disease Control or other health agencies for up to date information. If you have any further questions, please contact your Stream-Flo Group of Companies representative directly.
