Audit & Management Review
A vital element of Master Flo’s HSE Management System is the systematic and structured verification of our system performance. Regular feedback allows Master Flo management to provide leadership and direction to continually improve HSE performance. Master Flo conducts a full annual audit on our Corporate HSE Management System to the Enform COR Audit Protocol. This audit is required by the local government and Workers’ Compensation Board to maintain certification in the COR (Certificate of Recognition) Program. To maintain compliance and certification, Enform reviews the annual HSE Management System audit for quality control, approval and submittal to appropriate government agencies.
The Enform audit protocol sets a high standard for review and improvement of HSE management systems, and is considered the bench mark in the Western Canadian oil and gas industry. This audit protocol is utilized as our Corporate HSE audit protocol. The audit protocol consists of eight elements:
- Management Involvement and Commitment
- Hazard Identification and Assessment
- Hazard Control
- Emergency Response Planning
- Incident Investigation and Reporting
- Joint Worksite Committee
The audit requires a detailed review of every element; there are three parts to the element review.
- Worksite Observations.
- Full Documentation review.
- Employee interviews within all levels of the organization.
