Our Cv test rack features highly versatile, accurate, computerized data-acquisition software and is operated entirely from a central control panel. Two centrifugal pumps in parallel supply in excess of 1000 GPM with remotely controlled pressure drops and flow rates. The downstream piping configurations to ensure accurate valve readings. High-precision instrumentation is used to monitor flow rate, upstream pressure, pressure differential, valve position, and temperature. Real-time data are displayed graphically on screen and are stored for later retrieval and analysis. Our system layout and interchangeable flow meters facilitate the testing of range of valves within ISA standards for capacity testing.
